Hugh Phillips Butchers 
The Phillips Butchers Market Stall has been in the family since the
business was first established. Although it is a small stall it has received
rave reviews from Celebrated Chefs such as Gilli
Davies,
Colin Pressdee and it has also featured in several TV Programmes
such as 'Market days'.
More recently the stall has been nominated as 'a local
food hero'
on UK TV Food.
We aim to give our customers the care & attention that is not found
in larger outlets. We provide Seasoned Specials such as
Salt Marsh Lamb and Welsh Black
Beef.
We also sell the Best of Free Range Pembrokeshire Poultry, Show
winning cattle and Lamb at Christmas and Easter.
We are famous for our homemade sausages of various flavours and
have been involved in the Swansea Market Food Festival where
we have given a sausage demonstration to the public.
